The Clam-shell Zero-Insertion Force (ZIF) socket allows easy insertion and removal of devices.

The adapter is for use on any programming or test equipment.

Example Devices:

1-to-1 Mapping for all 8, 16 & 20-pin devices including Serial EEPROMs (including 24xx, 25xx & 93xx), Serial Flash and FPGA Configuration PROMs

Notes

  1. The adapter uses a FP series Clam-Shell Zero-Insertion Force (ZIF) socket from Enplas (Socket code: FP-20-1.27-06)
  2. It has a life cycle of 10,000 insertion cycles (minimum) under normal use.
  3. Operating temperature range: -50°C ~ +150°C
  4. Printed circuit board material: RF4 with 1 Once copper with a Nickel/Gold RoHS compliant finish
  5. Adapter is Lead-free and RoHS compliant
